What counts as a connection?+
One service BurstLayer watches: a GitHub organisation, a Vercel project, a cloud account, a database or a single server. Team tools like Slack don’t count.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The free plan needs no card, and the 14-day trials of Builder and Team ask for one only when the trial ends.
What happens if I go over my limits?+
Nothing switches off. We let you know, keep protecting everything, and you choose whether to upgrade or remove something.
Can BurstLayer break something in production?+
It is built to avoid that. Fixes go to a small test group first, every change can be undone, and anything you mark as sensitive waits for your approval.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you are in. Annual plans run until the end of the year you paid for.
How does Fleet pricing work?+
You pay per server BurstLayer protects, from 50 servers upwards. Sites on those servers get WordPress Guard at no extra cost.
